Day 17: Handstands
We’re nearing the end! I feel super strong and also aware of the fact that I do have enough time to find a minute for handstands each day.
Today’s video is a music montage of the officila handstand song: Chairlift’s Bruises. This video was shot on the Acro Green on Venice Beach which is a great place to play and do handstands! My AcroYoga Teacher Training group from August 2008 is part of the group jumping up to handstand towards the end.

Hi! I found this blog on Facebook (I’m friends with Amanda Cannon and Alexis Girvan on there) and I just watned to comment and say thanks for inspiring me! While I can’t afford Crossfit right now (or any gym for that matter I just moved from MA to CO and am unemployed), the lifestyle changes you have made are getting me fired up about making changes in my own life. Since I moved out here I’d not been taking the greatest care of my body sure, I’d been running, but not eating the greatest food, sleeping enough, etc. Anyway, I’ve made some incremental changes since reading your blog (diet, incorporating weight training, etc) and there are so many more wonderful changes to come! Thanks again P.S. Your happiness is SO contagious!+1
