1 cup chard or other greens
5 sprigs parsley
I cup cucumber
1 stalk celery
1/2 teaspoon ginger
2-5 stalks celery
1/2 clove garlic
Blend all ingredients until smooth, serve in a bowl.
Alternative: add the avocado chopped on top, rather than blended
