Day 4: Yummy antioxidant smoothie
My energy levels are soaring and I feel like this this:
The juices and smoothies are full of nutrients that shorten (sport) recovery time. I’m athletic and find I often run out of energy and have to take a day or two off to recover. These drinks help me get back on my yoga mat, bike, dance floor sooner. More on recovery later.
Today’s smoothie is a sweet one.
Antioxidant Berry Smoothie
100oz packet açai
1/2 c cashew milk
1 peach
Handful kale
1/3 c goji berries (fresh or rehydrated)
Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and delicious
Açai and Goji berries together are full of disease fighting antioxidants, muscle repairing protein, minerals, and vitamins.
