Yoga poses are drawn from nature and remind us that we are part of something greater. By practicing yoga postures, asana, we connect to different aspects of our self. Some parts are easier to see than others. Through regular practice we bring all aspects into balance.
These galleries show Acroyoga poses and traditional yoga postures with their name and meaning in English and Sanskrit. It is a work in progress. To see AcroYoga in action, visit the AcroYoga Video Gallery. Let me know if you have any requests.
