Eat fresh, locally grown food prepared with Love. Meals include a wide variety of fresh fruit,
salad, local favorites and international delights. The meals offer balance and variety – everyday a different region of the world cuisine is prepared. Enjoy uplifting practices that allow you to explore different elements of the yoga practice -
hip openers, backbends, inversions, restorative and playful AcroYoga partner work will be
integrated to deepen your practice over the week.

There is a beach break right at the beachfront resort. It is perfect for learning and has a left
and right break for experienced surfers. From the retreat center you are also close to 4 more
surf spots of varying skill level.

The Osa is lush, stunning and according to National Geographic, the most biologically intense
place on the planet. Take a river hike to see waterfalls, visit the local beaches within walking
distance, tree climb or find a hammock, read a book and enjoy the view from the retreat center.

Relax & Rejuvenate
Tune out and turn in! Relax in a hammock, poolside, in the Big House or on the beach, which is
accessible from numerous places on the property. Scarlet Macaws fly around the property, and
the grounds have beautiful local flora. Soak in the healing, cleansing negative ions of the sea
air, matapalo trees and living off the grid. The retreat center is solar – powered.
